Prior to joining Nous, Vishrut worked with General Motors of Canada, Hyundai Motor Company, Pratt and Whitney Canada, and STMicroelectronics, developing AI models and optimization tools that helped solve complex engineering challenges. During his PhD at Queen's University, he led the graduate consulting club and volunteered his consulting services to local not-for-profit organizations. He is an active member of the Rotary Club, where he volunteers on community service projects.
