- Coordinating large-scale Nous events across Australia and internationally - Supports the planning and delivery of high-profile internal and external events, including Nous Days, executive meetings and client roundtables.
- Supporting inclusive and engaging internal communications - Works with colleagues across Marketing, Brand, People and Culture and office leads to prepare communications and event materials that are clear, accessible and aligned with Nous’ values. He brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to helping teams connect, share ideas and participate confidently.
- Facilitating company-wide workshops and presentations - Works directly alongside senior leaders to design and deliver large-scale internal workshops and presentations. Outside of Nous
Allen's previous work was in digital education, developing and producing children’s educational programming and creating a drama curriculum for schools all over China.

Allen continues to pursue his passion for the performing arts through his work as an improvisor, actor, producer and teacher.
