Influential work
- Led work with the CFO to co-design the operating model and technology, data and AI roadmap required to secure financial sustainability and better risk management of a $60B Australian insurer and regulator
- Led a highly influential project with the Commonwealth Government to design the governance and stewardship approach for Australia’s higher education sector, resulting in the Australian Tertiary Education Commission
- Over 18 months, led a global university digital transformation program that resulted in a 57% uplift in student conversion, reported increase in positive student experience and approximately $55M revenue growth
- Worked with the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research) to develop the University of Melbourne’s 2030 Research Strategy, which included advising the Executive and extensive stakeholder engagement to co-design the implementation plan
- Working with leaders in State Government, led the workforce planning stream for its Offshore Wind business case, which resulted in a detailed capability and capacity plan across multiple years
- Worked with the Executives of a leading cancer centre and a university to evaluate and improve their partnership arrangement, resulting in a renewed agreement for more collaborative R&D and service delivery

Prior to joining Nous, Christine was a senior leader in customer strategy, service and product development at multi-site health and human services provider. She was also an operational manager and clinician in regulated health and human services organisations in Australia and the UK, with experience leading multidisciplinary allied health services.
