He specialises in developing technology-enabled strategies for asset-intensive sectors, including power and utilities, public sector, health, transport, and construction. Jean-Paul is a trusted advisor to clients navigating the energy transition, delivering digital strategy, design, and operational solutions that drive real-world transformation. He consistently delivers business value through a collaborative management style, making the complex simple and leading multidisciplinary teams. Before joining Nous, Jean-Paul spent a decade at Deloitte advising senior utility leaders on digital and operational technology strategy. He adopts a collaborative leadership style, skilled at simplifying complexity, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact strategy and enterprise architecture initiatives.

Jean-Paul holds a Master of Business Information Systems, a Master of Science in Civil, and a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering (Honours). He is certified in enterprise architecture (TOGAF), program management (MSP), and project delivery (PRINCE2, ScrumMaster).

Outside of work, Jean-Paul volunteers with Marine Rescue Queensland, coaches junior football, and enjoys time outdoors with his family.
