Before joining Nous, Jean-Paul spent a decade at Deloitte advising senior utility leaders on digital and operational technology strategy. He adopts a collaborative leadership style, skilled at simplifying complexity, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact strategy and enterprise architecture initiatives.
Jean-Paul holds a Master of Business Information Systems, a Master of Science in Civil, and a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering (Honours). He is certified in enterprise architecture (TOGAF), program management (MSP), and project delivery (PRINCE2, ScrumMaster).
