Meredith Lowder

• Provided to CAYLUS, which supports the delivery of youth programs to remote Indigenous communities, a colourful and professional report using photography of program participants to engage stakeholders and strengthen its funding push
• Developed a poster and presentation asset for a New South Wales (NSW) Government agency to showcase its principles of success and collaboration
• Project-managed and designed participant information and workshop materials for Gain the Policy Edge, a public policy and leadership development program run in conjunction with IPAA Victoria
• Created a program logic illustration to describe a participant’s journey through a new program, which was designed to change the story of over-representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people in the youth justice system.
• Collaborated with Whitelion on Y4Y Youth Force, a program to help young people gain skills in entrepreneurship that was honoured with the 2020 Good Design Award in the category of Social Impact.

Meredith has a background in retail and business banking; project management; team coordination; proposal development; and most recently, graphic design. Prior to working at Nous she spent four years working overseas, including as an executive assistant for Marks and Spencer and as a data manager at a 4.5 star resort in Banff, Canada.

Meredith is passionate about our natural environment and is part of the Nous Green team. She has also volunteered at the Keysborough animal shelter on weekends.

Meredith holds a Diploma of Graphic Design from Open Colleges, TAFE NSW.

Meredith enjoys time outdoors, especially at the beach or snow, with her fiancé Tom and puppy Fynn. She relishes spending time with friends and family and Melbourne food and coffee.
