Nous Group is delighted to announce its ongoing partnership with the 10,000 Interns Foundation, an organisation dedicated to creating meaningful career pathways for Black students and graduates across the UK.
Since launching in 2020, the Foundation’s flagship initiative – the 10,000 Black Interns Programme – has facilitated over 10,000 opportunities across 35 sectors in the UK. The program not only connects candidates with roles aligned to their interests and career goals but also uses data and insights to drive cultural change, inform inclusive workplace practices, and ensure diverse talent has access to opportunities at every stage of their careers.
Nous began its partnership with the Foundation in 2022 and has since welcomed eight interns through the program, with three interns entering permanent, full-time consultant roles and two individuals directly hired as graduates. The program has given Nous access to an exceptional pool of consulting talent with interns contributing to major international innovation projects, company-wide AI initiatives and Nous' international carbon accounting model.
"Our partnership with the 10,000 Interns Foundations reflects our commitment to an inclusive and representative workforce. We're proud to support emerging talent and value the strong contribution they make to Nous," said Sally Pritchard, Chief People Officer at Nous.
Nous continues to support the foundation's mission and looks forward to welcoming more interns.
