Nous has officially been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2024 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

Announced last night at the Best Workplaces Awards held at London’s Grosvenor House, we came in at number 83 in the small company category.

In deciding who makes the UK’s Best Workplaces list, Great Place To Work evaluates hundreds of anonymous employee responses to its Trust Index Survey alongside the Culture Audit submissions from companies certified as a Great Place To Work. These data insights are then used to benchmark the effectiveness of the companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.

The accolade follows on from our Great Place to Work certification in the UK last year. As part of the certification process, the UK team completed an anonymous Trust Index Survey which measures employee experience across five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Our overall score in the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey, was 93 per cent, well above the certification benchmark of 65 percent.
