We are thrilled to once again be recognised as one of Australia’s leading graduate employers, coming in at number four in the management consulting category and 24th across all industries in Australia’s Top 100 Graduate Employers list for 2025. 

The 2025 list, developed by Prosple, ranks graduate employers by popularity and the quality of the experience they offer to graduates. Popularity is measured by application data while quality is measured by analysis of graduate reviews for real-life insights into the graduate experience.

Nous’ graduate program includes an intensive induction, supportive mentoring, and access to a range of learning opportunities designed specifically to support the growth of graduates in their first year.

During February and March, we will welcome 35 new graduates across our Australian offices. Graduates will participate in an intensive induction program that will see them grow their skills, work on projects that matter, and start building a career with purpose.
