Our focus on partnering with clients to tackle complex challenges while delivering an exceptional client experience has been recognised in our 2024 Beaton Benchmark results.
Beaton Research’s survey of 180 clients across Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada shows that 91 per cent of clients rate the customer experience and client service provided by Nous as excellent or good. This makes us the best performer, by a statistically significant difference, for overall client service when compared to an international competitor set.
Furthermore, the results show 79 per cent of clients engage Nous for mostly complex or more complex than routine work, well above the competitor set mean of 64 per cent for this type of work.

Nous performed above the competitor set mean for all areas of client focus and expertise measured. These include ease of doing business with, responsiveness, access to senior experts, understanding of the client’s business, quality documentation, technical expertise and commerciality of advice.
Beaton Benchmarks is a comprehensive client perception and benchmarking survey conducted sector-wide for professional services firms. Through an anonymous survey, clients rate firms against all aspects of their client experience. The responses are then analysed to create a benchmark against similar firms. Nous’ competitor set is made up of seven major competitors operating internationally.
