Outside of Nous
Prior to Nous, Will built a strong foundation in government technology delivery, holding roles that combined strategic advisory and hands-on implementation. He shaped digital strategies, managed complex proposals, led major ICT projects, and oversaw service desk and quality assurance functions in the Australian Public Services. This experience sharpened his ability to bridge technical solutions with policy outcomes.
Will holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Bachelor of Management from the University of Canberra, and a Diploma in Information Technology (Software Development), equipping him with a rare blend of leadership, business insight, and technical capability.
