We are thrilled to announce that we have officially been certified as a Great Place to Work in Canada.
Great Place to Work® Certification™ is based on the results of a Trust Index survey, which asked our Canadian team members to provide anonymous and candid feedback on what it is like to work at Nous.
The Trust Index survey measures employee experience across five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
We had an 87 per cent response rate to the survey and when asked whether Nous is a great place to work, 91 per cent agreed.
Nous CEO and Managing Principal Tim Orton said: “Great Place to Work certification is a fantastic achievement and well-deserved recognition for the team in Toronto who in three years have built an incredible employee experience that brings the hallmarks of Nous Group culture to the Canadian context.”
Nous Group runs on a foundation of trust, self-management and high performance. We believe that if you create the right conditions for the group and individuals to flourish, both will do so.
Across the five employee experience dimensions measured in the Trust Index, we scored the highest in camaraderie.
Nous Group Principal and Toronto office lead Tim Kennedy said: “Being surrounded by energized and purpose-driven people is such an important part of the Nous experience, and it is fantastic to see that reflected in these results.
“I’d like to thank every member of the team for their contributions every day which make Nous a great place to work.
“We are thrilled with these results and committed to making Nous an even better place to work and grow by doing interesting work, pushing the thinking and delivering outstanding solutions for our growing client base.”
